Discover the role played by the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry (DCLI)during the Second World War, which saw the 1st Battalion serving in Africa, the 2nd Battalion serving with the British Expeditionary Force and being evacuated from Dunkirk, and the 5th Battalion, who were integral to the advance on North West Europe and the push in to Germany, not forgetting the 30th Battalion, Pioneers, who were crucial to the success of campaigns, many of whom were Cornish miners using their skills for a new purposes.
